In that role she was instrumental in driving the employer brand to a record high. While driving the talent agenda, she led the talent and organisation strategy that enabled business to deliver its vision. Under her leadership, TCS UK & Ireland was awarded first position by Britain's Top Employers for consecutive years.
A long-time Tata Group employee, she started her career with TCS in 1997 and has worked across HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, organizational change management and policy & process development globally.
Steeped as she is in the Tata culture, her focus as an HR professional extends beyond the workforce to the community. She played a key role in setting up IT Futures, a CSR initiative of TCS UK & Ireland with the aim of engaging students aged 11 – 18 in technology. The programme has grown to be one of the largest initiatives of its kind in the UK and has been recognised multiple times for its contribution.
In 2016, she was recognised as the UK HR Director of the Year by two separate, leading industry institutions for her leadership and business impact.
